An enquiry is not a booking
The calendar indicates reserved periods. Dates, rent, deposit, services, arrival arrangements and amendment or cancellation terms are confirmed in a written proposal and contract. Sending a message or preparing an enquiry on the website does not create a booking. The signed contract and applicable law govern the rental.
Services and partnerships
Utilities listed on the rates page are included. Cleaning is available on request, with terms specified in the proposal. Relocation agencies and companies are welcome; working arrangements are agreed directly with the owners.
